4.9% abv, 25 ibu: Delicate notes of pear and apple blossom greet you from the expressive kolsch yeast and quickly give way to a clean, crisp and mildly bitter finish.

6.3% abv, 15 ibu: Our core hazy IPA packs in flavors of citrus and mixed berry while maintaining that thick, juicy body you crave. Purposefully brewed to keep the bitterness as low as possible while cramming in the most hop flavor.

6.0%, 35 ibu: Bursting with juicy flavors reminiscent of orange zest, papaya and mixed berry, this creamy smooth hazy IPA showcases the best of Idaho 7 and Galaxy hops.

6.0% abv, 50 ibu: Brewed with concentrated hop crystals from Nelson Sauvin hops mixed with granulated pineapple, this easy drinking IPA is loaded with fruity aromas of passionfruit & pineapple. Light body, medium bitterness.

7.0% abv, 55 ibu: Our flagship, classic IPA: bursting with fresh notes of mixed berry, pear, stone fruit, and Starburst candy on the nose, complimented with a piney and earthy bitter backbone.

9.0%, 45 ibu: The infamous Greek God is back! Each series of our core double IPA is brewed to showcase a different combination of hops and flavors. Series #4 dials down the bitterness but explodes with intense tropical flavor. Soft mouthfeel, medium body, low bitterness, with aromas of Cantaloupe, Melon, Citrus, and pineapple.

8.0%abv, 30 ibu: A very special collaboration beer developed with our friends at FoxTale Brewing Co. Aged on cocoa nibs and candy caps to create a decadent and hearty Imperial Brown Ale overflowing with notes of Maple and Chocolate.

6.8% abv: Juicy Pineapple!

4.9% abv: Easy-drinking Mexican lager, brewed with a hint of lime. Crisp and clean, perfect for a hot day in the sun.

5% abv: Bringing Paddy's to Los Gatos! A smooth drinking dry stout based on the original Irish recipe but jacked up witha a touch more flavor.

5.8% abv: This unfiltered American wheat beer is fermented with our clean house yeast strain and lightly hopped with Citra & Simcoe. Subtle aromas of citrus greet you up front which quickly fade to pleasant notes of toasted bread and biscuit.
