4.9% abv, 25 ibu: Delicate notes of pear and apple blossom greet you from the expressive kolsch yeast and quickly give way to a clean, crisp and mildly bitter finish.

5.1% abc, 15 ibu: This Hefeweizen is brewed with a Bavarian yeast strain to create a delicate balance of banana and clove up front, which quickly gives way to a delicate bready finish. Refreshing and light while still maintaining that full body and flavor traditional to the style.

5.8%, 45 ibu: An easy drinking, low abv hazy bursting forth bright citrus notes of lime zest and orange marmalade with hints of mango & papaya. Full bodied with low bitterness, brewed with El Dorado, Idaho 7 & Galaxy hops.

6.3% abv, 15 ibu: Our core hazy IPA packs in flavors of citrus and mixed berry while maintaining that thick, juicy body you crave. Purposefully brewed to keep the bitterness as low as possible while cramming in the most hop flavor.

6.4%abv, 50 ibu: Embrace the enigmatic with this multi-dimensional IPA brewed using two of the freshest hop varietals from New Zealand. Nelson Sauvin and Enigma hops create an ever evolving combination of flavors from dank and diesel like to aromas of white grape, passionfruit and citrus.

7.0% abv, 55 ibu: Our flagship, classic IPA: bursting with fresh notes of mixed berry, pear, stone fruit, and Starburst candy on the nose, complimented with a piney and earthy bitter backbone.

5% abv, 25 ibu: Bringing Paddy’s to Los Gatos! A smooth drinking dry stout based on the original Irish recipe but jacked up with a touch more flavor. A creamy white head of foam gives way to subtle chocolate and roasted flavors, while the nitrogenation mellows everything out into a nice velvety mouthfeel.
